1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and WinAPK ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at winapk.cam and all associated services, products and features provided therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager through WinAPK, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by you on the WinAPK platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, exclusive of bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets or incentive amounts credited to your Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money from your chosen payment method into your Account balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm your identity and address.
• "Platform" means the WinAPK website, mobile-optimized interface and all associated services available at winapk.cam.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency denomination used on this platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to WinAPK and its operating entity.
• "You / User" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers with or uses the platform.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on WinAPK, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of personal account use.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be included on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by this operator or any recognized responsible gambling organization.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have had a previous account on this platform terminated for violations of these Terms.

WinAPK reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility criteria cannot be verified. The platform is strictly for adults and we take underage gambling prevention seriously.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using aliases, third-party identities or shared devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address and contact details. You must promptly notify us of any changes to your registered information. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. WinAPK will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point we consider necessary, we may require you to complete identity verification by submitting government-issued identification documents, proof of address and/or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending compliance.

5. Terms of Use

Your use of WinAPK is subject to the following general terms of use, which supplement any game-specific, sport-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform:

• The platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, including use by professional gambling syndicates or automated betting systems, is prohibited.
• You agree to use the platform in good faith and not to exploit any errors, technical malfunctions or pricing anomalies.
• You acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of your deposited funds.
• You agree not to use the platform in a manner that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to anti-money laundering legislation.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. We reserve the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of system malfunction.

6. Deposits & Payments

WinAPK processes deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The availability of specific payment methods depends on the operator's live payment gateway integrations and is subject to change without prior notice.

References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided solely as examples of Pakistani payment infrastructure familiar to our users. WinAPK does not represent, warrant or claim that any of these payment providers endorse, authorize, permit or facilitate gambling-related transactions. Users must independently verify whether their wallet, bank or financial service provider permits transfers to gambling platforms, and comply with the relevant provider's terms of service.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts are as published in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• WinAPK reserves the right to request documentary evidence of payment method ownership at any time.
• Deposits may be subject to processing fees imposed by your payment provider. WinAPK is not responsible for fees charged by external payment services.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified account information.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before real-money winnings associated with bonus play become eligible for withdrawal.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar period, as published in the cashier.
• Processing times vary by payment method, compliance checks and banking operational hours. WinAPK does not guarantee withdrawal speeds and expressly disclaims any obligation to process withdrawals within a specific timeframe beyond reasonable commercial efforts.
• We reserve the right to perform additional AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks prior to approving large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional incentives available on WinAPK are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable promotional terms in addition to this Agreement.

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. We reserve the right to exclude users from any promotion at our sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time window. Bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting requirements within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Multiple account holders, or users suspected of bonus abuse, will be disqualified from all current and future promotions and may have their accounts suspended.
• WinAPK reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any bonus figures mentioned on the platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are maximum illustrative amounts. Actual bonus eligibility and value depends on deposit amount, account status and applicable promotional terms.

9. Betting Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming on WinAPK is governed by rules specific to each market, game type and event. General betting rules include:

9.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to the market rules applicable to each sport. Cricket markets covering PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series are subject to cricket-specific event and outcome rules as published on the platform.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• In-play bets are accepted at the operator's discretion and may be suspended or rejected during live events.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed in the betting interface.
• WinAPK reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where the outcome was known at the time of placement.

9.2 Casino & Live Games

• Casino games, live dealer tables and slots are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) games are operated under certified fairness standards applicable to the operator's license jurisdiction.

9.3 Results & Disputes

• Settled results are final once confirmed by the platform. Disputes regarding settlements must be raised within seven (7) days of the event result being published.
• In cases of ambiguity or error, WinAPK's decision on the correct settlement of any bet shall be final.

10. Responsible Gambling

WinAPK is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We offer the following responsible gambling tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on WinAPK and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Colluding with other users or engaging in match-fixing or corrupt conduct in relation to any event.
• Money laundering or using the platform to conceal or convert funds of unlawful origin.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent documentation during KYC or any verification process.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing platform staff or other users.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with or undermines the integrity of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the WinAPK platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and data compilations, is the intellectual property of WinAPK or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written consent from WinAPK.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• WinAPK provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• WinAPK does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or harmful components.
• WinAPK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

WinAPK reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft or any other unlawful activity.
• You fail to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our dormant account policy.
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory instruction or court order.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after satisfying outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and AML checks. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure for breach of Terms.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WinAPK's operating entity is incorporated and licensed, as notified to users through the platform's licensing information. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Pakistani users are reminded that this does not override any mandatory protections or restrictions applicable to them under Pakistani law. Nothing in this clause shall be construed as a representation that online gambling is lawful or regulated in Pakistan.

16. Amendments

WinAPK reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
